Today, we celebrate the life of Saint Thomas the Apostle, famously known as โ€œDoubting Thomas.โ€ He may have questioned at first โ“๏ธ, but his doubt led to a deeper belief when he encountered the risen Christ. His story ๐Ÿ“– reminds us that questioning can be part of the journey to a stronger, more personal faith ๐Ÿ›ฃ.

Like Saint Thomas, may we seek truth with honesty, and grow in faith as we open our hearts to the Lordโ€™s presence in our daily lives ๐Ÿ”.

Pag-agni season has officially begun ates and kuyas! The SCAns went from room to room ๐Ÿซ, sharing our stories ๐Ÿ“– and inviting our fellow students to be part of the SCA family. With each classroom we entered, we felt the excitement and the joy of being part of something bigger. Joining us in this wonderful mission were our ever-supportive animator, Tr. Celo and the Unit SCA Officersโ€” who helped us encourage and inspire in every step ๐Ÿชœ of the way.

As we entered on each classroom and shared what it means to be an SCAn, we didnโ€™t just speakโ€”we connected ๐ŸŽ—. We shared our stories, our purpose, and the joy of belonging to a faith-filled and committed organization. We didn't simply invite them to join but we were calling ๐Ÿ—ฃ them into something deeperโ€”a life of meaning, friendship, purpose, commitment and grow much a bigger connection to God โ˜๏ธ.

To those who welcomed us with open hearts ๐Ÿ’™ and genuine smiles ๐Ÿ˜ƒ, thank you. Your kindness reminded us why we do what we do. We hope that through our simple visit, something was sparked ๐ŸŒŸ in youโ€”a sense of belonging ๐Ÿซ‚, a curiosity ๐Ÿ’ญ, or even just a little peace ๐Ÿƒ.

Today, we honor the countless early Christians in Rome who were persecuted and killed for their faith โ›ช๏ธ. Though their names remain unknown, their courage and fidelity to Christ shine ๐ŸŒŸ as a powerful testimony of love and trust in God โ˜๏ธ.

May their sacrifice strengthen our faith and remind us that true discipleship ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ผoften comes with a cost. Like them, may we stand firm in our love for Christ, even when itโ€™s difficult.

Today, we honor two of the most important figures in the early Church โ›ช๏ธโ€”Saint Peter and Saint Paul. Though they walked different paths ๐Ÿ›ฃ, both were chosen by Christ to build and spread the faith ๐Ÿ“œ. Peter, the rock and first pope, led with humility, while Paul fearlessly carried the Gospel to distant lands.

This solemnity reminds us that no matter our past or personality, God can use us to fulfill a greater mission ๐Ÿ’ผ. Like Peter and Paul, may we live with courage, faith, and a heart open to God's call.

Today, we honor the gift ๐ŸŽ of the Eucharist! The Body ๐Ÿž and Blood ๐Ÿท of Christ made present in every Mass. This solemnity reminds us that Jesus continues to dwell among us, not just in spirit, but in the humble form of bread and wine. This feast also invites us to reflect on the greatness of God's love โค๏ธ that is poured out for us everytime we receive the Holy Communion.

The celebration of Corpus Christi was inspired by a Eucharistic miracle in 1263, where a priest witnessed the host bleed ๐Ÿฉธ during Massโ€”a powerful sign of Christโ€™s real presence. Deeply moved by this event and the devotion of St. Juliana of Liรจge, Pope Urban IV declared it a feast ๐Ÿช… for the whole Church โ›ช๏ธ.

๐Ÿ”” As SCAns, may we never take the Eucharist for granted. In every communion we receive, may our hearts be renewed with love โ˜˜๏ธ, faith ๐Ÿ•Š, and the desire to serve ๐Ÿ’ผ others just as Christ has given Himself to us. May we also be reminded about the sacredness of this feast and the Eucharist, not just a symbol but as Christ Himself! ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ•ฏ
