Turkish Eggplant Mezze ✨

Ingredients:

3 medium Eggplants
2 Red paprika pepper,
4 mild green chilies
Vegetable oil for frying

For the tomato sauce:
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 cups crushed or grated tomatoes
1 tsp (Turkish chili or red pepper flakes)
Salt & pepper to taste
Add some water

For the yogurt whisk:
2 cups plain yogurt
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt to taste.
