It’s been a week 🫶🏼

It’s been a wholesome week of everything.

I’ve taught yoga to 5 year olds all the way up to 85 this week and my heart is so full from it.

I’ve had some amazing feedback and compliments on my teaching all week, so grateful 🤍 one of my lovely yogis did a handstand in class (she’s 72) I was so proud of her, she’s been coming to my classes for years and her journey is amazing 🥹🤍

This is what it’s about for me seeing people believe in themselves again, creating a space where there is trust and planting seeds while watching everyone grow 🤍

I’ve eaten the fruits of my labour this week and food from the garden is so much better!

I’ve chilled in my garden and read my book all weekend and it’s been bliss. I made a rule this weekend if I picked up my phone to go on social I had to pick up my book and read 5 pages and before i knew it I wasn’t going on my phone 😂

Starting a gym tomorrow, I’m pushing my comfort zone for the last part of 2025 💪🏻

Our annual summer solsitice reiki yoga circle will be:

Sunday 22 June
7:30 pm Dunes - Naval side of beach

The weather is not looking to good so will keep an eye.

If it rains we will do it Monday 23 June @ 7:30 pm Dunes, naval side of beach

The weather at the moment is looking nicer Monday, but it’s changing daily.

BEACH YOGA

Wednesday 10th June

Dunes side of beach

7pm - naval club side for parking walk over the dunes and we will be to the right 🫶🏼

Yin yoga

Bring:

Mat or towel
Warm clothes
Warm drink
Swimming kit (if you want a dip after)

Donation based practice for charity 🤍

The sun is shining tomorrow so let’s make the most of the beach and connect under the full moon energy 🌝
