my love,

it is so surreal to be celebrating three years married to you— mainly because I often forget there was a time before you, the boy I met at 18 in a backwards hat and tank top asking me out to lunch.

They say every girl deserves to feel like a princess on their wedding day and I absolutely agree, but to that I’d like to add that you’ve made me feel that way every day for the last 3,058 days, since that very first lunch date to the morning kiss you now gently plant on my forehead before getting out of bed and the evening tea cup you bring without me asking. You’re amazing and I never get tired of telling you. There’s no adjective you haven’t heard me use before at this point… but this year is a bit different.

All I can think about these days is - who could be a better fit to become a girl dad? Our sweet girl is so lucky, I had to find you but she just gets you right away- what a privilege. I know you’ll care for her just as well and together we will give her all the support, laughter, joy and warmth in the world (along with maybe some insanely unrealistic expectations for love).

Here’s to many more years of being madly in love, living in our own happy bubble - and to watching our wedding video alongside our little princess next year 🥰 Happy Anniversary 💍

Finally got around to comb through the hundreds of pictures I took of and .sully ‘s beautiful wedding and felt all the love all over again 🤗 it is such a special thing to be able to witness two amazing, kind and lovely people find their person. Happiest of birthdays to my favorite person in the whole universe! 🩷 to go through life with you is such a blessing. It is impossible to name my favorite singular thing about you, but in honor of your 32nd birthday, here’s 32 off of my list:
1. Your ability to simply make things happen. No matter how difficult, if you want something, you’ll make it happen.
2. The way you love our family
3. How thoughtful you are
4. Your cranky morning moods
5. Your passion for your work
6. How insanely smart you are
7. Your quick wit
8. How much you care about your friends
9. Your ability to remain levelheaded in every situation
10. Your undying love for mismatched socks
11. The absolutely wrong way you tell the story of how we met
12. How well you take care of our pups
13. How comfortable you are in your own skin
