Hari Parbat on which MAKHDOOM SAHIB(ra) Shrine is located in one of the holiest place in Kashmir surrounded by Almonds Orchads,it makes for a lovely sight in April when trees blossom heralding the advent of Spring in Kashmir.
The Shrine rests below a magnificent Mughal Fort that crowns the hill.The Fort gives a magnificent top view of MAKHDOOM SAHIB(ra)Shrine falls on the southern side of the hill.Beaity of this Shrine is truly enchanting and invites devotees on a large scale irrespective of their religion.This double storied MASJID is an invigorating structure and is designed with many pillers ,high connecting false ceiling and conical roofs.The MASJID a high peak on top finished with descending roof sizes.The Shrine also connects to a famous DAL LAKE and a number of stone steps taken to there.The exteriors of the MASJID are a striking example of Mughal Architectural design.Some parts of the Shrine can be correlated to the Mughal Fort on top.This Shrine is open throughout the year irrespective of the extreme weather conditions of the place

A shocking and heart wrenching news come from Gonipora Kunzer in which Mohammad Abdullah Bhat S/O Habib Ullah Bhat of Gonipora passed away in morning of Tuesday on 05-08-2025.
May Almighty ALLAH reward him with the highest position in HEAVEN and give patience to the braved family to bear this irreparable loss.
