health
Men’s mental health matters because men often hide pain behind anger, work, or silence. The Bible shows that struggle isn’t weakness, Elijah, David, and Jesus all brought their pain to God. Healing comes when men bring it to God, to trusted brothers, and to help when needed. You don’t have to fight alone.
Brothers, this month let’s break the lie that says “real men don’t struggle.”
It’s okay not to be okay. You were made to be human before you were made to be strong. Jesus Himself felt grief, exhaustion, and asked for help. If He needed people, you do too.
You don’t have to pretend everything’s fine. You don’t have to carry it alone. God can handle your anger, your doubt, your pain. And the men around you were made to walk with you.
So speak up. Send the text. Say, “I’m not doing great.” Pick two brothers and let them in. Ask for prayer. Talk to your pastor. See a counselor if you need to. That’s not weakness, that’s wisdom.
Strong men don’t hide. Strong men know when to fight, when to rest, and when to ask for help. This month, choose to do that.
You are loved, you are not alone, and your story isn’t over.
