2007 was a lot of things for movies, but man did some really depressing movies come out that year. I mean, we're here for the greats like There Will Be Blood and No Country for Old Men, but they aren't a fun jaunt through the forest by any means. The Mist is another one that falls deep into that category. But we still love it.

Introduct those kids to black and white movies early. That's how to get someone to fall in love with movies. Movies are art that's no different than Picassos or Warhols. It matters and it is how we've shared culture for the last hundred years. We love movies. Let's keep them around.
