What if you didn’t have to set another goal ever again?

I know—it sounds crazy, right? We’re constantly told to set goals, make vision boards, and map out the “perfect” plan. But here’s the thing: goals can often feel heavy, unrealistic, and even discouraging when life doesn’t go exactly the way we imagined.

So instead of setting endless goals… what if you focused on the result you want?

Here’s an example 👇

Let’s say your result is getting to the store. That’s the outcome you want. But you get in your car, and there’s no gas in the tank. What needs to happen first? You’ve got to put gas in the car. That’s the preliminary work required to make your result possible.

It’s the same with your health, your habits, your energy, and your relationship with yourself.

If you only focus on the “goal,” you might set expectations that aren’t realistic or sustainable. But when you choose your result and align your actions and habits to get there—you create lasting change.

Think about it like this 👇

Every Wednesday we have a community group lesson in our Crush that Food Thing Self Discovery System.

(This is our membership coaching group where we lead our students AWAY from self sabotage and towards self improvement.

So that you can make better choices for yourself, step into your own personal power, and stop using food as a weapon to hurt yourself.

One of our beautiful alumni students (and a community leader) has been writing poetry to help our students learn about recovery, healing, growth, and love.

➡️ Flipping the Script

There’s a little girl inside…who once believed she wasn’t enough. She carried t hat wound like luggage.

Heavy, messy, stuffed with “too much” and “not enough.”

She learned to quiet the ache with food, because food didn’t judge. Food didn’t leave. Food didn’t say she was wrong.

But here’s the truth… what she believed back then wasn’t the truth at all.

It was a story. A story built from pain, a script written by fear.
And today… you hold the pen.

You get to say:

❤️‍🩹I am more than my past.
❤️‍🩹 I am not that belief.
❤️‍🩹 I am not that wound.
❤️‍🩹 I am the woman who heals.

💜I am the woman who rewrites.
💜 I am the woman who FLIPS the script.

Every time the old urge whispers, “Fill the emptiness,” you answer back: “No” I AM full.

🦄 Full of strength.
🦄 Full of love.
🦄 Full of possibility.”

Because healing is not perfection. It’s choosing again and again to speak truth louder than the lie.

And the truth is this: You were always enough. You are always enough. You will ALWAYS be enough.

You’ve probably seen it a hundred times—
The commercial where there’s a woman who looks unhappy, standing in front of the fridge late at night. Then the next scene, she’s suddenly glowing, active, smiling, all thanks to some miracle solution. A patch, a pill, a shot—you name it. One of the most common things I hear from women is,

‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍“I eat when I’m bored.”
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
And I get it. Deep down, many are still carrying pain from the past—and over time, they’ve lost touch with their spark, their curiosity, and their creativity.

In a world full of screens, scrolling, endless shows, and old memories playing on repeat...
Imagination gets dull.
Motivation gets buried.
And boredom? It becomes a quiet, heavy weight that often leads straight to food.

So today, I’m inviting you to do something simple—but powerful:
📵 Stop scrolling.
