What if you didn’t have to set another goal ever again?
I know—it sounds crazy, right? We’re constantly told to set goals, make vision boards, and map out the “perfect” plan. But here’s the thing: goals can often feel heavy, unrealistic, and even discouraging when life doesn’t go exactly the way we imagined.
So instead of setting endless goals… what if you focused on the result you want?

Let’s say your result is getting to the store. That’s the outcome you want. But you get in your car, and there’s no gas in the tank. What needs to happen first? You’ve got to put gas in the car. That’s the preliminary work required to make your result possible.
It’s the same with your health, your habits, your energy, and your relationship with yourself.
If you only focus on the “goal,” you might set expectations that aren’t realistic or sustainable. But when you choose your result and align your actions and habits to get there—you create lasting change.
