Built in 1505 by Sultan Mahmud Shah bin Muzaffar Shah bin Ghiyathuddin, the Bhodesar Mosque mirrors the design of nearby Jain temples. Nestled against the Karoonjhar Hills of Nagarparkar, and with a serene lake behind it, this 520-year-old mosque stands as a timeless blend of faith, art, and heritage.

Visiting the 500-year-old Jain Temple in Nagarparkar was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Standing in front of those walls, I couldn’t help but imagine the hands that carved every detail with such devotion centuries ago. The intricate designs, the patience in every stroke, and the silence of the place made me realise how rich and timeless our heritage truly is. It’s not just stone and structure, it’s a story etched into history, waiting to be felt by anyone who walks through its gates.
