Yesterday, our Head of Player Experience Danielle Shneor took the stage at the GameChanger Conference in Tel Aviv to share her insights on one of the most important aspects of gaming: creating meaningful player experiences.

Danielle explored how AI is transforming the player experience and why technology should enhance human connection, not replace it.

Most people run away from customer complaints. Our Head of Player Experience, Danielle Shneor, builds communities out of them! 🤩

Meet Danielle: she leads our Support, VIP, Newsletters, and Social Media. Her actual day-to-day involves taking player feedback and making sure our product teams actually use it.

Apparently, managing our entire player ecosystem was not enough for her schedule. Danielle was just selected as a Women in Games Ambassador 💪

She spends her days advocating for our players. Now she gets to advocate for women in the gaming industry.

The folks at Crackle Technologies just called our Ad Monetization Lead, Roman Svirsky, a "Titan."

(We usually just call him Roman, but we might need to update his Slack handle now 💪)

Roman has been selected as a judge for the Rising Stars Arcade Awards! They brought him in because he knows exactly how to scale a game to millions of users without ruining it. At Ilyon, he spends his days building our monetization strategies while obsessively monitoring ad quality so nobody rage-quits over a terrible pop-up.

He keeps the business profitable and the user experience completely intact.
We’re proud to share his brain with the rest of the industry for this competition. (Just don't get any ideas, he's ours).

❤️‍🩹 Remembering our fallen heroes 🕊️

We had the privilege of hearing Barak Brandes share the story of his brother Or, who was tragically killed while on reserve duty shortly after October 7th.

Barak spoke with strength and deep love, reminding us of the people behind the headlines, and the stories that stay with us. Or became more than a name, he became a person we could feel, remember, and honor.
