We had such a wonderful weekend! Friday night was Matthew’s class reunion, and I had the chance to meet so many of his classmates—it was such a good time. On Saturday, Matthew taught me how to mow the lawn with our new tractor. We used to have a zero-turn mower, but I could never quite get the hang of it, so this was a win! That evening, we treated ourselves to dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

On Sunday, we visited a nearby apple orchard, picked up cider donuts and apples (perfect for smoked apple crisp!), and did our grocery pickup. To end the weekend, I made a cozy homemade meal: honey mustard pork chops, Parmesan garlic rice, and fresh sweet corn we froze earlier this year.

It truly was a lovely weekend—full of fun, learning, and little moments to enjoy. 🍎🌽✨
