Through a variety of methods focusing mainly on the seven chakra systems and the use of colors, Dena will help you discover which aspects of your inner self are not running at ‘full speed’. Whether it’s your personal relationships, self esteem, or just an inability to express yourself, unlocking the simple use of the chakra system begins to allow balanced healing energy to flow through you. This focused energy then creates a happier, healthier, and more powerful life. In her book Our Energy Matters, Dena uses everyday language to simplify the age-old mysteries of the chakras. She has also created an exciting unique game where you can determine if you’re utilizing your energy to its fullest potential and then even offers ‘prescriptions’ on how to address those areas where your energy may need a tune-up. Like a personal trainer who sets out to inspire and encourage you with a routine for your physical health, Dena hopes to offer an energy routine which will inspire and encourage you to embrace your deeper higher inner energy. The Bridge to Higher Consciousness: Choosing Sovereignty in the Lionsgate Portal

Every age in human history has carried its own tone, its own call. In the Piscean Age, the call was faith. Faith in leaders. Faith in saviors. Faith in something outside ourselves to guide the way.

Now, in the Aquarian Age, the call is different. It is not to look outward, but INWARD. It is the call to sovereignty. It is the choice to live from the truth of our own divinity.

This Lionsgate portal offers a moment of magnified clarity. The energy is not here to rescue or to force. It simply reveals. In this light, each soul is shown a choice that has always been present: remain in the illusion, or step into the real.

Illusion feels safe. It offers predictable walls, familiar routines, and the comfort of old stories. In illusion, we can convince ourselves we are growing because we are busy. Yet underneath, the same patterns repeat.

We can be like Cypher in The Matrix, preferring the taste of the steak he knows is not real over the unknown of freedom.

Reality is different. Reality is alive, raw, and unscripted. In reality, there is no prewritten script to hide behind. Every moment asks us to choose again. Every choice carries the power to create or collapse the bridge to our higher self.

The bridge to higher consciousness is not built on words alone. It is made of presence. It stands only where the soul is embodied. This is not about perfection, but about alignment . In every interaction, we are either in presence or absence. Half-choice is absence. There is no middle ground.

This shift into the Aquarian Age requires a new kind of courage. It is not the courage to fight or to conquer. It is the courage to hold our own frequency without leaning on another’s. It is the courage to take full responsibility for the life we are creating. Desire is the seed, and the energy we hold while tending that seed becomes the soil. If we hold love, we create with love. If we hold fear, we create with fear.

For some, this choice will feel like standing at the edge of the known world. The logical mind will say it is safer to stay on the shore. But the soul knows that safety without truth is only another kind of prison. The call of the Aquarian Age is not to wait for someone else to lead you across. It is to become the bridge yourself.

This Lionsgate portal is not about a fleeting moment of inspiration. It is about a lifelong choice. To be sovereign. To live as your true essence . To walk in reality, even when illusion calls you back with the promise of comfort.

The invitation is here. The energy will meet you wherever you are, but it will not walk for you.

The question is simple.
Do you choose to live in illusion, or do you choose to live in reality?
