Announcement for SEA: Southeast Asia Server will Shutdown

Thank You for the Journey. I believe we'll Meet Again — as the Global Server (US/EU) Will Remain Active.

Greetings, dear SEA players,

Thank you for your continued support and love for Dragon POW! on the SEA server. Since the game’s launch, we’ve shared many cherished memories — and it’s your companionship that made this journey truly special.

However, due to adjustments in our operational strategy, we’ve had to make a difficult decision: the Dragon POW SEA server will officially shut down on May 29, 2025 at 14:00 (UTC+8).

We understand this may come as sad news, and we sincerely thank you for being part of the SEA community. The Global server (US/EU) will remain active, and you’ll be able to continue your Dragon Knight adventure there. We hope to see you again on Global server (US/EU) server!

Here’s the detailed shutdown schedule for the SEA server:

1. April 30, 2025 at 14:00 (UTC+8)
All payment and top-up services for the SEA server will be closed. In-game purchases will no longer be available after this time.

2. May 29, 2025 at 14:00 (UTC+8)
The SEA server will officially shut down. All account data and character info on this server will be permanently deleted.

After the shutdown, if you want to keep playing, just restart the game and log in to the Global (US/EU) server with a new account.
Once you're in, please contact customer support — we’ve prepared a special Dragon Gem Gift Pack to welcome you!

Note: You don’t need to delete the game. Simply restart it, and you’ll be able to access the Global (US/EU) server.

✅Refund Policy for Unused Genesis Gems and Token Golds
If your account still contains unused Genesis Gems or Token Golds, you may apply for a refund between April 30 and May 29, 2025 through the following method:
🌟In-game Refund Form: Head to the in-game Customer Service Center and submit a refund request. Please include screenshots showing your remaining Genesis Gem and Token Gold, along with your account information.
🌟Refunds will be processed based on the actual amount of unused paid Dragon Crystals and returned via your original payment method (please note that third-party platforms may charge a service fee).
🌟Refund Calculation Details:
60 Genesis Gems = $1 USD (pro-rated)
6 Token Golds = $1 USD (pro-rated)

Event Introduction: Use specific recipes and consume designated items to obtain target items; recipes come in three types: general, equipment, and treasure, allowing the transformation of items related to general, dragon transformation, equipment, and treasures

Event Duration: After the update on February 27, 2025, until March 13, 2025, 06:00
Unlock Condition: Unlocks upon activating Medea
Activating Medea will unlock various discount gift packs and offer Medea's core treasure shards "Crystal Heart"!
4、"Realm of the Sky" Season 4 is launching!
Event Duration: After the update on February 27, 2025, until March 20, 2025, 06:00
Participation Conditions: Unlockable after completing Main Quest 10-5
Event Rules: In the Realm of the Sky, Dragon Riders first undergo assessment to determine the difficulty of the upcoming challenges; after evaluation, they face three trials, collect blessings, enhance themselves, and confront the final boss!

New Event Released!
*Event time: February 13 - March 6 10:00
*Requirements: Clear Main Story 2-1.
*Event introduction:
① Sign-in: the first day of sign-in to receive the Treasure [Xuanji umbrella], subsequent login and sign-in total can receive Divine Prayer Stone * 11, Firecracker * 100, Dragon Gem * 388 and other rich rewards!
② Spirit Beast Attack (Battle): There are three levels of difficulty, each with its own unique environment and enemy characteristics. Dragon Knights choose 2 initial Dragonforms and pets to challenge different rooms. Defeat the Boss to earn [Reserve Points] to improve your ability to explore. The higher the difficulty, the higher the score multiplier, which can be converted to [Sticky Ooze] to increase the Trial Level and get Reward.
③ Quests: Complete Daily Quests and Achievement Quests to obtain [Firecrackers].
④ Beast Battle: Use Firecrackers to scare off theBeasts to get Rewards, which can be obtained by challenging Main Story, Clear Rift, completing Quests, Sign-in or purchasing Bundles.

*Pet acquisition: Get in touch with pets by hatching [Miaomiao Eggs]
*Pet queue: Each transmogrification can bind up to 4 pets, of which 2 are [battle positions] and 2 are [support positions]
*Battle rules: Pets in [battle positions] can attack in the game and use all skills and bonuses; pets in [support positions] only have passive talents and some bonuses that can take effect, and will not appear in the game. Different pet qualifications can provide different attribute bonuses to transmogrification
*Pet personality: Each pet will randomly generate a different personality after hatching, and different personalities can provide different basic attributes and combat damage bonuses for the bound transmogrification
