WOW 🤩
A PRACTICE PROJECT that has evolved
into a PRODUCT I absolutely love, use daily
will probably never, ever purchase another
JOURNAL elsewhere + am super EXCITED
to share with the WORLD
Could be BIAS 🤷🏻♀️ yet…
The BIRTH of the “Intuitive” + “Creative”
Journals has been a mountain climb of
a journey within itself. I couldn’t just
establish an idea 💡 but I also had:
✨ to dig deep to have the courage
to place action into the idea
✨ to just start…the beginnings
were not where the aesthetics
have evolved + grown into 🫣
✨ to be vulnerable. disappointed. fail.
✨ to pick self back up. elevate confidence.
✨ to keep trying. start over. never give up.
✨ to not just have a product but share an
authentic personal, “in my quiet time”
practice to run simultaneously to the
“Intuitive” + “Creative” Writing Journal
I’d say personally most daily Journals
I owned prior to 2017 I worked very hard
to maintain “CONTROL”. When I sat down
to write it had to be:
✨ Neat
✨ Full of Proper Grammar
✨ Organized
✨ Perfect
And the second I messed up I never wrote
in the JOURNAL again. I no longer liked it.
The “control” aspect never allowed me to
feel but so FREE in JOURNALING. Wasn’t
PRODUCTIVE.
Fast forward to a monumental moment within
my life 2017 (Divorce) and a very SPIRITUAL
…truly “coming to Jesus” moment where
I found myself at the lowest of the low
where the only place I could look was
UP (the infinite unknown) + in complete
surrender.
My Human Ego shouting loudly:
“I don’t have a clue…please help me”
Life is HARD it can break you to that
moment of complete SURRENDER aka
no more CONTROL. “Learning” to operate
on PURE FAITH. Def not as easy as it sounds
Immediately the next steps to unveil itself
would take me on the coolest, adventurous, challenging (but well worth it) journey of
HEALING. Shedding old layers. Deep diving
within vs. seeking for the answers OUTSIDE.
Being real real with me.
Next steps were:
✨ accidentally clicking on a “Positive
Affirmations” video while dying on the
elliptical (horribly out of shape)
✨ liking how it felt after 30 min of listening
✨ stumbling on a super cute Walmart Journal
✨ and pairing the two together
I healed. Unpacked. Created. Blueprinted
+ mapped out my next steps in life within
these meditative journal sessions where I eventually learned to:
✨ let go of control
✨ surrender more + more
✨ no longer fear the depths (at times very
painful) that were simmering to come out
of me…yet how light I felt after “processing”
through JOURNALING.
✨ I felt safe within this practice to “feel” it all
✨ break the loop of repeated, intrusive constant
thoughts by writing it out. Can’t swirl around
if we place action behind it. That first healthy
action can be writing.
✨ sometimes it’s silly. sometimes it’s rooted in
past. sometimes it shines excitement on inner
child future goals + dreams ya once held but
have forgotten.
✨ GROW FAITH
✨ Heal Co-dependcy (through forward cycles)
✨ Strengthened INDEPENDENCE
✨ Recognize own STRENGTH
✨ the more I healed the stronger my intuition
aka soul (for me) became stronger.
✨ the Free-er I felt in a very controlled human
experience we are all participating in.
✨ all with PURPOSE, of course
So it’s not just a JOURNAL but can be…
A DAILY PRACTICE.
A DAILY “going to mountain” moment.
A DAILY one on one w/self
A DAILY intentional prayer.
A DAILY call out to the UNIVERSE.
A DAILY convo w/one’s ancestors.
A DAILY moment of SOLITUDE in such a
LOUD + BUSY World.
No right or wrong…just what feels good
to the Journal-er ✨
✨A “group” or community will be available soon
