🚨 Attention Parents! 🚨
The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled in Mahmoud v. Taylor (June 27, 2025) that parents have a constitutional right to opt their children out of any school instruction on gender identity, sexual orientation, or LGBTQ+ themes—when it conflicts with sincerely held religious beliefs.
What this means for you:
• Schools must now provide advance notice of such curriculum.
• Parents are entitled to opt their kids out.
• Many districts won’t hand out a form—you need to request it.
But here’s the good news: Advocates for Faith & Freedom has created a free, ready-to-use opt‑out letter. Just download, personalize, and submit it:
