Stop what you’re doing because the NEW in Centereach needs to be added to your list! 😍👉🏼 This restaurant is Peruvian Nikkei cuisine, which means Peruvian and Japanese. ❗️This meal was seriously the best we’ve had all year. The decor was so chic, the service was top notch and the food and cocktails were amazing.
We had so many amazing favorites, but I’d go back just for the Pisco Sour, The Papa Roll and Chaufa!! 😍🎉

- Chicha Morada Pisco Sour
Pisco, fresh lime juice, simple syrup,
egg white, and bitters
- Nikkei Old Fashioned
Toki Japanese whiskey, luxardo cherry,
orange peel, agave nectar, angostura bitters

Crab, avocado, and cucumber topped with seared fresh salmon and a generous drizzle of papa a la huancai-na sauce. Finished with crispy potato threads and a hint of ají amarillo.

Salmon belly with lemon zest and truffle oil

Stir fried beef topped with crisp shoe string potato fries

Fried shrimp atop crispy potato cubes.
Finished with rocoto aioli.

Grilled short ribs glazed with sweet soy sauce.

Fettuccine pasta served with our two signature sauces with creamy Peruvian pesto
