Finally! A belated birthday present 🎁 to both Anjo the boat and me. 😍 Most of you know that I am crazy about lighthouses (Daniel does like them too đŸ€Ș but perhaps in a more relaxed way

I huvudet pĂ„ en nybliven landkrabba: Sitter och betraktar mitt ❀ som just nu installerar sitt nya ”home office” i vĂ€ntan pĂ„ ny tjĂ€nst som börjar om nĂ„gra veckor. Ny stol och ny(a) skĂ€rm(ar). Jag hör smĂ„ nöjda lĂ€ten frĂ„n hans hĂ„ll och misstĂ€nker dĂ€rför att han har det ganska bra. SjĂ€lv fryser jag đŸ„¶ men laddar försiktigt inför morgondagens jobbintervju. FortsĂ€ttning följer angĂ„ende det. 😊

Life as a landlubber continues. ❀ Today we have received our bed ❀❀. Sleeping on the floor is now a finished chapter. I have probably used up all my washing time with our own WASHING MACHINE and Daniel enjoys uninterrupted power supply 😉 in front of the computer. ❀ People ask us if we miss boat life and we say “naaah” to that. How can we, with hot water, a shower, flushing toilet, a hot air oven and a real bed? đŸ€©đŸ€Ș

IkvĂ€ll slĂ€ppte vi flyttkartonger och stĂ€d och begav oss ut i den fantastiskt varma kvĂ€llen. Det blev en riktigt god planka och gott vin hos Helen och Danne pĂ„ Ice hĂ€r i Enköping. Stort tack för vĂ€ldigt god mat, bubbel, babbel och dessert! 😋 SĂ„ roligt att se er igen och tack för att vi fick prata av oss lite! đŸ€—đŸ„° PĂ„ vĂ€gen hem sĂ„g vi en söt groda och förundrades över vacker stjĂ€rnhimmel och magiska björkar. Jag ville inte alls gĂ„ in. Nu Ă€r vi landkrabbor och det Ă€r lite skönt. I allafall nu 
 ett tag

Tomorrow we will be back in our Swedish harbour again. Crazy, lovely and absolutely nice to be back. ❀⛔2 years and 4 months 
 a long time. Getting back to some kind of routine will take some time too. For me, wearing long pants will be a challenge đŸ€Ș 
 Daniel is more concerned about having to wear an extra shirt or jacket. 😬 Other than these minor things, we are looking forward to new “landlubber” adventures.

We have finally arrived in Lake MĂ€laren and we are getting closer to “home” by the minute. We are stalling a bit though, and we will enjoy the tranquility of some favourite places before we become land lubbers again. We have travelled a little bit more than 4400 nautical miles during a little bit more than 2 years and 4 months. We are mostly eager to continue with new adventures and not so much sad 
 yet. We will have to “land” in this and talk about all the places and things we have seen. One thing is certain - we are very happy that we decided to do this! đŸŽˆđŸ„łđŸ‡žđŸ‡Ș

Today we are having birthday ice cream on board. We are also staying out of a stubborn westerly gale. We have gone for a walk around the island and today’s dinner will be a bit more birthday-like than usual.
