‼️ ⚠️ This page has been created to share my experience working with Heintz Pool & Spa based out of Freeburg, IL, and to be an open forum for others who have run into troubles with their company. ‼️ ⚠️

From my experience, I would take EXTREME CAUTION working with this company. I worked directly with Jerod Heintz the owner. We had a very simple agreement which he has chosen time and time again not to follow through with and has left me out of Tens of Thousands of dollars.

I have tried to settle matters privately however he has not shown any sign of making things right. In my opinion, he has scammed me and I would like to share this with others so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Aside from all of this, the company was extremely hard for me to get ahold of and Jerod I felt was very disrespectful to work with. I am surprised they are still in business after my experience working with them.
