Posting content here everyday is not easy ....

But trust me....I am loving the process.....

Vegetables and fruits are one of the things I haven't missed since this process......

Make sure you incorporate them in your meals..
Reduce the intake of carbs... I did not say you should stop....carbs are essential for providing energy to the body....

Take plenty water
Take plenty of proteins.....
