Negaraya Management was formed by RayaBilly on June 9, 2011 independently in Jakarta. The idea came because RayaBilly which is a guitarist of a band wanted to try a new experience and can help musicians be more known newcomers. Negaraya means the Negaranya Raya (Raya's Country), a name that is simple but has big goals, which could serve as a 'new country' for RayaBilly in the world of entertainmen
