Most people think motivation → action. But that’s backwards. The truth is: action → motivation → more action. 🔄
Here’s why:
✅ When you start working, your brain rewards you with a sense of progress.
✅ Progress = dopamine = motivation to keep going.
✅ That motivation leads to even MORE action.
But here’s the problem… if you never start, you never enter the motivation cycle. That’s why waiting to “feel” motivated is the worst thing you can do. 😵💫
The Fix? Make starting EASY.
Instead of: “I have to finish everything today.” → Think: “Let me just do 5 minutes.”
Instead of: “I need to write this entire essay.” → Think: “I’ll just write the first sentence.”
The hardest part isn’t the work itself—it’s getting started. Once you take that first step, momentum takes care of the rest. 🚀
