Being human means feeling a wide range of emotions!
Each feeling has its own purpose.
They remind us that we care, that we’re alive, and that we’re growing.
Instead of labelling emotions as “good” or “bad,” what if we simply allowed ourselves to feel?
True strength isn’t pretending we’re okay.
It’s permitting ourselves to sit with our feelings and letting them move through us.
It’s okay to feel all the feels.
