Tyler Perry shared a heartfelt story about Crystal Renee Hayslett, a woman who had worked as a stylist for him for years.

Throughout her time on set, Crystal never mentioned her dream of becoming an actress, even though she had auditioned multiple times without success. She feared Tyler might not see her potential as an actor.

One day, she finally mustered the courage to ask if she could audition for a role. Tyler agreed, and when she first appeared on the set of *Sistas* as Fatima, she exceeded everyone's expectations.

After her first scene, the entire crew cheered for her. Tyler remembers that moment vividly, proud of how Crystal shone.
Tyler shared this story to remind people that greatness often comes from persevering through the ordinary tasks of life. By being faithful in her role as a stylist, Crystal found opportunities beyond her wildest dreams.

This encourages anyone with bigger dreams not to let their current job kill their passion. If you keep pushing through, your greatness will eventually be recognized by the right people.
