Stop calling artificial flavors & colors juice it’s pure mindf**k when you’re drinking yellow #5 and fructose corn syrup labeled as juice!
One thing I’ve always been strict about: when I was in America, I rarely drank “juice” unless it was actual juice that I bought myself and knew what was in it.
Most of what people call juice isn’t juice at all. Everfresh, Minute Maid, Big Shot, Ocean Spray, and a long list of other colorful drinks are loaded with sugar, artificial flavors, dyes, concentrates, and ingredients your body doesn’t need.
The things you consume say a lot about who you are and how conscious you are. If you’re intentional about what you put in your body, you start reading labels differently. You start questioning why something is bright blue, neon red, or has 30 ingredients when fruit only has one.
Your body is built from what you consume daily. The food, the drinks, the thoughts, the habits it all matters.
I’m not saying be perfect. I’m saying pay attention. Because once you become aware of what you’re putting into your body, it’s hard to keep pretending it doesn’t matter.
