Kenneth Bager's Music For Dreams brings in the summer season perfectly with this debut LP from Ibiza stalwarts DJ Pippi & Willie Graff. As the Danish imprint' best stated themselves, the duo have had 'a long and fruitful relationship with the White Isle' and this splendid 12-track affair wonderfully showcases the many facets of the Balearic sound. The slo-mo seduction of "Piel A Piel" featuring Jacob Gurevitsch and vocalist Charlotte Caluwaerts opens the album on a perfect note, with other highlights including the sultry mood music of "Art Of Sax", the flamenco-inflected sunset soundtrack of "Volver" (feat Paco Fernandez) and the emotive deep house closer "Suenos" - a tribute to the late, great island favourite Jose Padilla.

Session Victim makes another triumphant return to Delusions of Grandeur with The Intangibles EP, following some noteworthy releases on Toytonics and Rhythm Section International. In the EP's opening track, "Motivation," they team up with Ras Stimulant, a dub-wise microphone man, to create a mesmerizing and intoxicating peak-time loop jam. This track is filled to the brim with irresistible electric piano riffs, vocal snippets drenched in delay effects, jazzy embellishments, and interstellar electronics. Following is "Dromedary Twist" with some winding saxophone lines interweaved with a thick deep house groove, replete with sustained chords and improvised Rhodes motifs. Lastly, "Green Run" lowers the BPMs as the listener enters the realm of lazy, hazy, blissed-out jazzed-up beats. With their style combining live organic elements, fat floor-filling beats, the Germna's duo comes up with comprises three original tracks that traverse the spectrum of high-energy jazz disco meets techno, soulful uplifting house, and downtempo blunted beats.

Belgian born, Australia-based producer Gratts returns with a sun kissed serving of Balearic tinged bliss here titled "Sun Circles" which inaugurates Adelaide-based label Be Strong Be Free. A song he penned for his two young sons, it is a dreamy vocal-led deep house tune featuring all the right elements, recorded over the last 18 months in various studios. Gratts enlisted musicians such as New Zealand-born legend Nathan Haines, London's Mr Beale, as well as Belgians Jasper Hautekiet, Levi Wynants and Frederik Kuhn. Berlin-based Alex Kassian provides an entrancing version on the flip, that's perfect for watching the sunset while poolside.
