Hello Bump Buddies 🤗🤭

It’s been a little while.. we ended up taking a very long unintentional break which started with Lisa getting laryngitis and completely losing her voice for weeks. (Voice is kind of an important thing to have for a podcast 😜). Then we both found out we were pregnant very close together! The fatigue and sickness set in and Sarah ended up with hyperemesis so the poddy was on hold again.
Just when we were hoping to announce the exciting news of us both being pregnant Sarah received some sad news that her baby had a large tumour and was possibly very sick. The next few months were spent with weekly hospital appointments and scans being told to prepare for her baby to pass at any time and after 21 weeks of getting to grow her little boy he came into the world already in heaven. The heartbreak can’t be put into words but it gives Sarah & Lewi’s hearts peace knowing he is now healthy and whole in heaven. They’ve taken time to grieve and heal and will continue to heal with time. Our hearts are with anyone who’s ever lost a baby at any stage, you are strong enough to get through it 🤍
Lisa’s pregnancy is going amazing and has a healthy little bubba on the way due in 2025! We have a few birth stories and Lisa’s first trimester recap we’ve been sitting on for a little bit that we can’t wait to share in the new year and many more episodes in the works.
