Today, the Department of Lands, led by Prime Waziri Mohamed Hussein Amadoh, engaged residents of Bamburi Kwa Bombo over long-standing land injustices. Through the County’s Ardhi Fund, we have intervened and agreed to purchase the land and return it to the rightful owners — our people. This is a big step in securing not just land, but also the future of families who have waited too long for justice. Governor Nassir remains committed to ensuring that every resident of Mombasa has the right to live and thrive with dignity in their own home.
