We are back home with a sleepy and sore bear after being pulled around not the best of news the vets thinks his injured both his crucial ligaments but just got to get the CT scan results back to confirm and see if anything else was picked up on the scan, now to rest him and keep his pain under control and wait for news.

So today we had an annual visit from the Guide dogs and they are going to start the process to retire Nevis as his coming up to the ripe age of 9 in June. As normal he showed off his amazing skills when out walking but because of his age it looks like he will possibly have to hang up his harness when his around 10 1/2 🐾 the waiting time for a new guide dog could be around 2-3 years but only time will tell.

So this brave and handsome boy has just got back from the out of hours vets as he hasn’t been himself panting constantly...

So this brave and handsome boy has just got back from the out of hours vets as he hasn’t been himself panting constantly and not going to the toilet and yelping out in pain, blood and bladder scan all came back normal on examination his hip was tender and they think he has the start of arthritis pain injection and has been sent home with pain killers for 4 days
