Spent the day chasing waterfalls around Tennessee and honestly... 10/10 would recommend. 😄🌿 There's something about hiking through the woods and hearing that rush of water before you even see it — kinda magical. 💧✨

No big agenda, just good views, fresh air, and a solid reminder that slowing down every now and then is so worth it.

If you've got a favorite TN waterfall, hit me with it — I’m trying to see them all. 🙌

"Milk and cornbread in a cup" is an old Southern tradition in the U.S., especially in Oklahoma & Texas.
Quick history lesson.....
Corn was a staple crop in the South, and dairy like milk or buttermilk was readily available on farms. Combining them made a simple, filling meal — perfect for hardworking folks who needed something quick, cheap, and satisfying.

People crumble leftover cornbread into a cup or bowl, then pour cold milk (or more traditionally, buttermilk) over it.

My dad loved it as a snack.

For me and so many others, it’s tied to memories of grandparents and farm life, symbolizing resourcefulness and comfort.
