Itchy Bastards is back with their infectious retro dance music on 'House Party'. Funk Blasters are known for their dynamic contributions to the world of electronic, funk and soul. This three track EP honors that tradition. 'Xtasy' blends a high level of energetic disco and funk. Itchy Bastards take things up another level by adding a more current rhythm addition with quick builds and drops which are more unique to today's club music. They also ramped the vocal work up from the normal disco level to a full-blown urban level that almost verges on hip-hop. 'L.O.V.E.' is a disco stomper in every sense. The song comes alive from what sounds like a disco band, complete with horns, keyboards and rhythm section. 'Don't You Like It' is not shy in the least. It sprinkles in techno, EDM, dubby and even rave elements into the mix. If you are looking for an exciting take on disco and funk, here you have it!
