A Whale That Looks Like Pokémon Discovered

Paleontologists in Australia have uncovered Janjucetus dullardi — a prehistoric whale species with a pointy snout, razor-sharp teeth, and tennis-ball-sized eyes. Described as part whale, part seal, and oddly Pokémon-like, this strange creature roamed the seas around 25 million years ago.

Rabbits in Colorado are growing horns now…

It’s caused by a virus that creates strange, antler-like growths on their heads.
It doesn’t hurt humans, but it does make these bunnies look like something out of a tall tale.
This is probably how the myth of the Jackalope began. 🐇🦌✨

📰 Today in “Wait… What?!” News… Breast Milk Flavored Ice Cream

London’s Covent Garden just unveiled a new ice cream flavor that’s making headlines — and raising eyebrows.

Name of the flavor? Baby Gaga.
Main ingredient? Yep… breast milk.

Created by The Icecreamists, this unusual treat is made from milk donated by screened and tested women, then blended with vanilla and lemon zest. The shop says it’s “organic, natural, and totally unique.”

While some customers are daring to try it, others are calling it “the most bizarre dessert ever sold.” The health department has reportedly stepped in to investigate whether it’s safe to serve — and the internet is, naturally, losing its mind.

Stubbs, the Feline Mayor of Talkeetna
• How It All Began
In 1997, the manager of Nagley’s General Store in Talkeetna adopted a tail-less kitten she named Stubbs. Talkeetna is an unincorporated historical district—not an actual town—so it doesn’t have a real mayor. But when locals grew disillusioned with human candidates, a write‑in campaign humorously declared Stubbs as their “mayor.” This was tongue-in-cheek from the start, and more honorary than official.

• The Mayor’s Lifestyle
Stubbs held court at Nagley’s General Store, greeting visitors and relaxing at his “office.” Each afternoon he’d head over to the West Rib Pub & Grill and enjoy catnip water from a wine or margarita glass.  Over the years, his fame soared—drawing up to 30–40 tourists daily, including travelers en route to Denali. 
• Trials and Tribulations
Stubbs’s long tenure wasn’t without drama. He endured:
• A fall into a restaurant fryer (fortunately turned off)
• An attack by a dog that fractured his sternum and punctured his lung, requiring surgery   
• A hitchhiking incident, ending with a ride on the back of a garbage truck
• A BB‑gun incident where he lost his tail  
Despite all this, he bounced back—locals even donated beyond his vet bills, with excess funds going to animal charities.  
• A Beloved Legacy
Stubbs remained Talkeetna’s honorary mayor until his passing in July 2017 at age 20.   When he died, the town mourned deeply. Nagley’s has since continued the tradition, naming new store cats like Aurora and Denali in his stead.
