I was the one who initiated the Mark Angel Comedy venture. Mark was working as a security guard at Kilimanjaro Restaurant in GRA, Port Harcourt, while I was involved in camera work. I took a camera and began shooting skits for us. Mark proposed that we create a page, and we did. However, when the page started generating income, Mark never informed me.

In 2014, Mark bought a car, and when I asked him how he afforded it, he claimed someone had given it to him. He also began paying Emmanuella N20,000 monthly. At that time, we were poor, living in a makeshift shelter. I was an orphan, and none of us realized the true value of what we were doing.

Mark never gave me even ₦1000 until 2016, when he finally gave me ₦50,000 and told me to manage it, insisting that our work wasn’t generating much money. Meanwhile, we were actually making $160,000.

I’m the only one who can speak the truth about Mark because I’m no longer afraid—I’m an orphan, and he can't harm me. Others are scared because when you speak out against Mark, you either die mysteriously or have an accident.
