HISTORY IN THE MAKING

On January 14, 2019, Celebrity Ghostwriter and CEO of 13th & Joan Publishing House will launch the first mass publishing initiative targeting men of color. After working tirelessly to ensure that aspiring authors from every representation, Orie noticed a disparity amongst the numbers for male authors and even more significantly for aspiring male authors of color. In response to the disparity, Orie resolved to create a program that would serve as an incubator to teach both the business and book compilation strategies necessary for authors to be successful. Orie’s goal is that the 100 Seeds of Promise literary initiative will become home to 100 authors over the course of 2019.
