Now that the Ozzy / Black Sabbath - Back to the Beginning Show is over time to hear Ozzy like never before. Billy Morrison did as Ozzy asked and presents Ozzy with a 57 piece orchestra. No electric guitars, no drums. Just Ozzy, the orchestra and a great acoustic guitar solo by Steve Stevens. Thanks to Fred Coury for the amazing orchestration.

For a small indie label to have the immortal Ozzy Osbourne sing on a song that we released was amazing enough. To have the song go to number 1 on the Mediabase Rock chart was incredible and now for it to be hanging on display in Birmingham, England as part of the biggest metal concert event ever tops it all. And, yes that’s David Ellefson in the photo. None of this would be possible without the great Billy Morrison.

Earlier this year “Gods of Rock N Roll” (Orchestral) by Billy Morrison and Ozzy Osbourne ft. Steve Stevens became a hit on Mediabase and Billboard rock charts.

While in the studio for the making of the video Ozzy said what if we strip the song down to the core. Well Billy did just that. Watch and hear the results by clicking the link.

Billy Morrison & Ozzy Osbourne wrote the epic song “Gods of Rock N Roll”. Earlier this year, the Orchestral Version became a Top 10 Rock Radio Hit.

On July 4th, we are releasing a stripped version that lets Ozzy’s voice shine even brighter by stripping away all the guitars, bass and drums. What you also get are Fred Coury’s amazing orchestration performed by the Budapest Symphony Orchestra and a special acoustic solo by Steve Stevens.
