For June, July and August rubbish collections will take place twice a month on Bere Island. Please note the clothing bank is not operational for the time being as the company who empties it (and other clothing banks in the area) are no longer undertaking these collections as it is not commercially viable for them. Good quality clothing can be donated to the SVP shop in Castletownbere, all other items can be brought to the Civic Amenity site in Castletownbere.

A reminder, there will be a public meeting tonight in the Community Centre at 7pm. In order to keep the radio going more volunteers are needed for presenting the show and also for sound/controls. Even if you can only spare the odd Sunday, or indeed would like to become a regular then please pop to the community centre tonight.
