A personal note from our founder.

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and I'm choosing to share that openly. I know there's still a stigma around it, but I believe the people worth trusting are the ones honest about who they are. So this is me, being honest with you.

The past year asked a lot of me. Teaching, running this studio, completing my Master's in Teaching, and carrying everything life brings alongside it. On paper, I was managing. But quietly, I wasn't looking after myself, and eventually that caught up with me. I burnt out.

The diagnosis gave me a new way of understanding it all. The way my mind works isn't something to hide. In many ways, it's a strength. It's part of how I hold so much at once, and part of the creativity I bring to every project. The lesson wasn't to do less. It was to move through it with more care for myself.

So this next chapter is a considered one. I'm returning to focus fully on the creative work, on my own terms, building something that lasts rather than something that wears me down. To do work I'm proud of, look after the people I collaborate with, and look after myself in the process.

If you have a project in mind, whether it's video, photography, or creative direction, my door is always open. I'd love to hear from you. 🎬📸
