Happy happy anniversary my sweet beautiful love !! Wow! 4 years feel like no time at all. Every day with you is a true treasure trove of exploring the depths of what being in a sacred union means. I’m so grateful for the highs and the lows and everything in between. You are the most beautiful radiant companion and I cherish you every day. I love you sweetie so so much! I’m incredibly grateful for you - the pure bottomless well of love that you are. Wow…always wow being with you honey. Also, to be surrounded by love to those who were there and those supporting us from afar was the feeling of pure heaven. I just saw love shining back at me from all of our friends and family at every moment. It was like swimming in a pool of love.

Happy 4th my sweet love and big love to all of our friends and family who still support and see us and hold us dear. You all mean the world to us. 💙💙💙💙

It’s a bit hard to describe what this trip meant to me. After over a decade of filming, creating, collaborating with so many amazing people, I was able to pull together this unbelievable team for a week long trip to film a passion project/pilot. While I can’t say yet what this project is, I kept pinching myself knowing that so many years went into the culmination of this project either directly or indirectly. That so much has happened along the way to make something like this happen. I’ll always keep believing in the power of storytelling, the power to co-create and collaborate. That we are not in charge of the fruits of our labor, but we do get the opportunity to be in service to that subtle voice inside that somehow shows its face from time to time, and then move into alignment with that and express with full unfettered grace that resides in our very hearts. That this is somehow in each of us. It’s a beautiful mystery, and it heals. I am so incredibly grateful beyond any words for this team, this project, this life. Thank you .fake for each of you in this project. Wow! I’m lucky to know each of you and create alongside you! Thank you to our amazing experts too and your rich rich knowledge and passions. And thank you to all who have been with me and supported me in so many ways for so many years on this journey of filming and creating. It means the world.

Proud of my dad for writing this!! Yes! Go Dad!! Both my parents have written into their paper to express the anguish this administration has caused and will continue to cause. It’s important to understand the severity of this situation. Everything that is conspiring has conspired in all authoritarian and dictatorships throughout history. This is why we study history so we are not doomed to repeat ourselves. Proud of both my parents in being a stand right now.

"Expanding a traumatic belief into a spiritual truth" - This is one of the phrases Bonnie Wills says in this latest episode of The Teachings.

I'm delighted to share the co-creation and interview we had with Bonnie. Understanding pain and trauma and how it shows up in our daily lives and actions I think is key to understanding our selves and doing deep healing work within. How do we heal that wounding? How do we move through it and restore? These questions feel pertinent in any time, but perhaps feel very appropriate for today's world?
