"Expanding a traumatic belief into a spiritual truth" - This is one of the phrases Bonnie Wills says in this latest episode of The Teachings.

I'm delighted to share the co-creation and interview we had with Bonnie. Understanding pain and trauma and how it shows up in our daily lives and actions I think is key to understanding our selves and doing deep healing work within. How do we heal that wounding? How do we move through it and restore? These questions feel pertinent in any time, but perhaps feel very appropriate for today's world?

I created this series to help us navigate these waters with the deep wisdom teachings from many different paths/traditions/religions. Please enjoy and feel free to check out more on YouTube.

Excited to share a new batch of The Teachings with Jana Castellano. During this time, I feel the deep sense of staying close to the teachings (all the teachings really from all spiritual traditions and religious paths (not anything surrounding it, but just the core teachings)), and what that means for building discernment, navigating life with all the highs and lows, and staying tethered to our true core. May we see with the eyes of love and hold what that means quite close.

Jana, thank you for your words, your wisdom, and your deep radiant heart! A true blessing to sit with you and talk about these things.

Happy 11 years baby! Wow! Always wow. 11 years of Unreel Films. Each time of year it comes by I think about the countless amount of people who have made this possible - to all the friends, my family, the amazing teammates through the years (each one of you has truly meant the world to me, I’m so grateful we get to create together sometimes on a daily basis!), the awesome clients, colleagues, and friends that I get to work with and film for (what a gift!) and you my love for holding me through all the highs and lows.

Big love! Also, after all these years, what still burns bright is being at the feet of what I think is the intrinsic core of humanity…the part of us that yearns to move into full expression of who we are and what we get to give as our own unique selves expressed outward through the prism of our own hearts. I’m always at the feet of this principle and feel what that connection means.
