HERE’S A FACT ⬇️

You’re going to be in the same place 6 months from now if you don’t change something.

I think we can all agree it’s hard to find the time to start a new habit, enjoy a hobby or even take care of the things on our to do list.

BUT…

If you’re at a crossroads in your life and find yourself yearning for change, you won’t get anywhere unless you make a decision and take action on it.

Which way will you go?

Both paths are hard.

It’s hard to be in debt.
It’s hard to pay off debt.

It’s hard to be overweight.
It’s hard to get in shape.

It’s hard to watch others prosper.
It’s hard to chase your dreams.

No matter which road you take… the journey will be hard.

The good news.. You get to pick the road.

Let’s talk about something a bit taboo…

Changing companies is not something I ever took lightly or even considered, but something in me was stirring and I felt it was time for a change.

If you’re feeling that way too, here are a few things to consider…

Unfortunately, not everyone will understand or support you. But, if you are willing to push past the negative.. I promise there is beauty on the other side.

Yes, you will lose some income (at least if you’re like me- I lost a lot!). BUT, I knew I needed and wanted to find something that was more residual and would give me the ability to focus on other things or retire in the future and still make money!

Finally, it’s ok to leave the business you built, but do it in an ethical way! Do not try to convince your team to come with you, don’t go after top leaders, or say negative things about your previous company.

Trust me, doing what’s right will always pay off and in the end (regardless of what people say) the truth always comes out and people will respect YOU for how you handle any adversity.
