Grant Green finished recording 'The Latin Bit' on 7 September1962. His album of Latin American music features tenor saxophonist Ike Quebec and pianist Sonny Clark.
Blue Note Records’ Tone Poet Audiophile Vinyl Reissue Series is produced by Joe Harley and features all-analog, mastered-from-the-original-master-tape 180g audiophile vinyl reissues in deluxe gatefold packaging. Mastering is by Kevin Gray (Cohearent Audio), and vinyl is manufactured at Record Technology Incorporated (RTI).

A Stanley Turrentine Blue Note classic with Lee Morgan!
Saxophonist Stanley Turrentine’s album 'Mr. Natural', recorded on 4 September 1964, featured the soulful tenor saxophonist and Blue Note stalwart at the helm of a cutting-edge modern jazz group with Lee Morgan on trumpet, McCoy Tyner on piano, Bob Cranshaw on bass, Elvin Jones on drums, and Ray Barretto on congas for three songs.
The album featured a cover version of the Beatles hit "Can't Buy Me Love".
This stereo Tone Poet Vinyl Edition was produced by Joe Harley, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original analog master tapes, pressed on 180g vinyl at RTI, and packaged in a deluxe gatefold tip-on jacket.
