Last day of our wee holiday to Crete. What a trip. Definitely suggest hiring a quad bike if you’re on holiday, such a fun way to explore places. I’ll be back to posting camping content soon.

Best wildcamping spot in Scotland?

Harter Fell - Lake District

Up on YouTube now is this stunning camp that I did in the Lake District a month ago.

I had intended on meeting up with however as you’ll see through the video that didn’t go to plan. Poor signal definitely didn’t help my cause.

What I did get was the long stunning sunset that had came off the back of a lovely evening cooking up hot dogs and a steak. I was woken in the morning to a touch of frost however the lost ranger 3 in 1 sleep system combined with my etherlight XT mat kept me toasty all night. I unzipped the tent to a fantastic sunrise and had it not been for me wanting to tick off two more wainwrights I wouldn’t have moved for hours. What a trip… check out the link to see for yourself

June YouTube schedule

I’ve decided to do something that I don’t normally do…. Schedule a months worth of videos.

We’re going on holiday mid June so I wanted to clear my SD cards before the trip so I figured I’d get these adventures edited and uploaded. Still to finish off the last one but here’s the next 4 with their release dates.

All 6 pm uk times. Every Thursday too

Summit camp 2025 streak so far….

If you’re a regular watcher on my YouTube channel you’ll be aware I started a streak last January camping on at least 1 summit per calendar month.

This year I decided to continue that with an extra standard - the height must be above Corbett height (762m or 2,500ft)
