🏃‍♂️马拉松前1周这样准备,比赛当天不踩雷!

第一次跑马拉松的朋友,这5点准备给你加分👇

✅ 马拉松前1个星期,吃好睡好
不吃辣、炸、甜。每天7-8小时睡眠。身体需要时间恢复与储能~

✅ 注意水站分配
这次马拉松主办单位每2公里就有一个水站,真的很用心!

✅ 比赛当天不要穿新的装备,也不要吃没试过的补给
再帅的装备、再火的能量胶,没试过都别轻易上场,用平时训练习惯的最安心~

✅ 防磨神器:Vaseline & Kinesio Tape
重点部位擦Vaseline 或 贴Kinesio Tape,容易起泡的脚、乳头、大腿内侧、手臂交界都不能放过!

✅ 剪脚趾甲!剪脚趾甲!剪脚趾甲!
避免指甲顶到鞋前缘,一趟马拉松直接变黑甲、掉甲(亲测痛苦)
