🚀 Life's journey is nothing if not surprising. After a nearly 3-year sabbatical (some called it my 'self-finding' phase), I've returned with a trove of musings. Spoiler: It's not all about finding yourself; sometimes, it's about realizing you were never lost.
🌱 Here are 9 nuggets of wisdom I picked up along the way:
1. Suit Up, or Don’t: You don’t need to sell your entire Hugo Boss collection to find enlightenment. Sometimes, the ego hides in the most 'non-materialistic' disguises.
2. Plan vs. Flow: It's great to have a plan, but there's magic in letting go. If you're a 'planner,' try wading into the flow sometimes. It's surprisingly refreshing.
3. Stretching Boundaries: Embrace being stretched emotionally and mentally. Finding your edge is crucial for growth – and trust me, you're more elastic than you think.
4. Judgement-Free Zone: Judgement is a no-go. It clouds experiences and usually stems from insecurity. Be open, be kind.
5. Firsts and Wonders: Brace yourself for many 'firsts.' They're addictive and full of wonder, but like all good things, they eventually come to an end. Cherish them while they last.
6. Yogi or Not: You don't have to dress like a yogi to find your zen. Remember, being a 'spiritual guru' is not a fashion statement. Be yourself, that's cooler.
7. Cash and Cosmos: Money matters. Trusting the universe is great, but being financially responsible is key. Remember, to earn value, you must give value.
8. Garlic Planting Tales: Planting garlic and tending the land is tough. It's okay if it's not your thing, but give it a shot. At the very least, it's a story to tell.
9. Magic and Brutality: The world is simultaneously magical and brutal. Keep your eyes wide open and your mind razor-sharp.
🌟 Each of these lessons has been a stepping stone in my journey, shaping both my personal growth and our vision at Manna. Here's to the paths less travelled and the wisdom they bring!
