☀️ with all the push-up challenges going around, it could be discouraging for people who haven’t mastered it yet. Here are some moves to help with upper body strength.
💪
Try 2 sets of 12 on each side for each set. All these moves 🔥 up the core as well. Dm me with questions.
This morning I did some cardio, full body circuit and this upper body circuit. Thanks for watching ✌️ let me know if you need help or guidance on anything and . I would love your feed back on the difficulty of these moves.
⁉️From 1-10 drop below how hard it was. 1 being easy peasy, 10 being hard AF.
Also all my is in the laundry. I must buy more ... YOU should too! 😉

It’s time to adapt 👏
mindset, business, habits, lifestyle! 🧠 👩‍💻 ♻️ ⚡️ Things that I’m changing in my life: .
🌟 Workouts: this is really not the time to be pushing your body. There’s a lot of mental stress going on for a lot of people and I highly recommend not trying to diet or up your workouts. Rather right now is the time to maintain and change it up 👏 walking, 30 minute HITTS, stretching and yoga. .
⭐️ My food- because you might of cut back on physical activity by staying home you might have the urge to diet. I don’t recommend this, again you should be fueling your body during times of stress and change. For me I added one more shake into my diet, not necessarily as a meal replacement but as a supplement of me eating larger meals to replenish after heavy training days. I now have a smoothie filled with protein, spinach, fruit, yogurt, and healthy fats like almond butter and avocado. (Along with my green drink per day) .
🚨 food haul video is coming, needed to clean my kitchen 😂 .
⭐️ Skin care- NO MAKE UP. Yes! I’m totally using this time to hydrate my skin, take baths, and do all the things I neglect during our crazy normal grind. .
⭐️ Money Flow- we are getting organized, making changes in our spending, marketing budgets, our investments, our plan needs to change to adapt to the shift in the market. .
⭐️ I’m thankful for this time of forced rest. This disruption can be the best thing that’s happened to us in a really long time. Use it wisely! .

My admiration for others has changed. My definition of success has changed. .
