Highland Ford - Service Centre
General Garage Worker
(Full Time; Permanent)
Highland Ford's Service Centre is now looking for a General Garage Worker to join our family!
As a successful General Garage Worker at Highland Ford you must be friendly and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants MUST have a Driver’s License with an acceptable Drivers Abstract.
No experience is needed for this position!
Job Duties?
• Help perform basic vehicle maintenance (ex. Changing windshield wiper blades, tire swaps, tire repairs, assist in oil changes)
• Collecting and disposing of garbage, scrap metal and cardboard from dealership property
• Shuttling customers in courtesy shuttle when requested
• Assisting in snow removal in the winter months
• Safely retrieving and properly labelling tires in storage
• Assisting in lot maintenance
• Other unskilled jobs as assigned by dealership management
What WE are looking for?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs
• Valid G Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• A great attitude and good decision-making skills
• A self-starter and punctual

Quick L**e Technician
(Full Time; Permanent)
Highland Ford's Service Centre is looking for a L**e Technician!
As a successful L**e Technician at Highland Ford you must be presentable, friendly and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants MUST have Driver’s License. Mechanical experience preferred but willing to train an eager candidate!
Job Duties?
• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Replaces oil and all filters
• Inspects vehicle fluids
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Conducts tire rotations, tire repairs and inspections
• All other duties as assigned by manager
What WE are looking for?
• A great attitude and good decision-making skills
• A self-starter and punctual
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic tools
• Experience as a L**e Technician is preferred (not required)
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork
