In last 2 years of private research work, we found these most effective ways of socialising: highest to least by effectivity. They can also be used to make someone fall in love, gain personal favors, etc and are effective. Noteworthy for managers.

1. Group Adventurism. Hiking/trekking/adventure parks/explorations that trigger fear response to the entire group.
2. Sports or gameplay, intense freestyle dance when the group is already in celebration mode. This triggers a sense of sharing the experience under effects of dopamine. This doesn't work when these activities are performed to relieve stress which affects memory and other cognitive parts associated with social responses.
3. Sharing drinks, ci******es, to***co, drugs, theft, gamble that trigger a sense of theft from the society. This is unhealthy of course. Group members are both sacrificial and betraying and they do frequent social interactions- be it friendly or hostile.
4. Learning and solving challenges that trigger focus and problem solving. This is much slower but as much effective in the long run.
5. Sharing experience of struggle, scarcity and threats on physical well being. Like the jews suffered during the holocaust. It may seem that such group members should have been at the top of this list. But the ability to socialize takes a toll under situations like these. Only a few deeper relationships pass through the times.

Social net worth can deliver you much more value than relying on your bank balance alone. All data is getting compiled and we intend on publishing this finding formally.
