This may officially be getting out of hand.

Residents in the Broken Arrow neighborhood at the center of the now-infamous front-yard boat dispute say a second homeowner has apparently joined the protest.

But instead of building another pond, this homeowner reportedly parked a small fishing boat in the front yard and built an elaborate “dry dock” landscaping display around it.

The boat is sitting on decorative gravel surrounded by large rocks, ornamental grasses and two wooden posts with rope.

A small plaque reportedly identifies it as:

“Lake Broken Arrow Marina — Slip #2.”

Neighbors say it appeared sometime overnight.

We’re told the original boat-pond homeowner had nothing to do with it — although somebody apparently left a folding captain’s chair on his porch this morning.

At this point the HOA may have accidentally started a movement.

Be honest: if you lived in this neighborhood, are you joining in or begging everyone to stop?

A Broken Arrow homeowner reportedly got tired of drivers cutting through his neighborhood every morning to avoid traffic on a nearby arterial.

So he tried something unusual.

Instead of putting up another “Slow Down” sign, neighbors say he began setting up a folding table near the entrance each morning offering free coffee to drivers who actually stopped at the stop sign.

Within days, other neighbors joined him.

Now there’s reportedly coffee, donuts and a handwritten board keeping track of how many drivers make a complete stop.

Some residents say traffic has slowed dramatically.

Others say turning a residential intersection into an unofficial coffee station is creating an entirely new traffic problem.

And apparently someone has already suggested adding a “drive-thru lane.”

OWASSO, Okla. — An unusual traffic stop along Highway 169 north of Tulsa reportedly became considerably more confusing when an officer approached the vehicle and discovered the front-seat passenger was a full-sized goat.

The older pickup was reportedly stopped along northbound Highway 169 near the 76th Street North area after attracting the attention of a passing officer.

When the officer approached the passenger side, witnesses say the goat was sitting upright in the front seat looking out the window — and was properly secured with a seat belt across its body.

The driver reportedly explained that the two were “just headed into town” and seemed genuinely surprised that the arrangement was attracting attention.

Exactly where they were headed remains unclear.

No word on whether the goat was asked for identification or if it had anything to say about the stop.

The driver was reportedly allowed to continue north with his passenger still buckled in.

A Tulsa resident apparently looked at an empty parking lot tonight and saw opportunity.

Witnesses say he backed in, set up a projector, unfolded a lawn chair and started watching a movie against the blank wall of a closed business.

Then other people reportedly started parking behind him.

At last report, this may no longer be a one-person theater.

BROKEN ARROW — A dinner at Logan’s Roadhouse in Broken Arrow reportedly took a very Oklahoma turn after a customer repeatedly asked his server for more ranch with his chicken tenders.

According to people at the table, the customer had already gone through several of the small cups when he asked one more time for “a little extra ranch.”

A few minutes later, the server returned.

But instead of another cup, she was carrying a full-size stainless-steel mixing bowl filled with ranch.

She reportedly set it down beside his completely normal plate of chicken tenders and walked away as the rest of the table started laughing.

The customer stared at the bowl for several seconds before finally admitting:

“Okay… that should probably do it.”

Witnesses say no additional ranch was requested for the remainder of the meal.

Now we need Green Country to settle something, because we’re fairly certain half of Broken Arrow is going to look at this picture and see an unreasonable amount of ranch…

…and the other half is going to wonder why they don’t normally serve it this way.

Broken Arrow residents near 71st and Aspen say they had to look twice this morning after spotting what appears to be a car sticking out of the roof of a small building.

At first glance, it looks like somebody missed a turn by about 40 feet vertically.

No major injuries have been reported, and officials have not said exactly how the vehicle ended up there. Neighbors, however, already have several theories, including “GPS said turn left,” “teen driver training gone wrong,” and “someone took ‘park anywhere’ way too literally.”

The building appears to be stable, but crews may now have the most awkward tow job in Broken Arrow history.

A Tulsa woman says she was sitting outside near LaFortune Park this afternoon when a squirrel wandered unusually close to where she was sitting.

She had a small piece of walnut with her and tossed it a few feet away.

The squirrel grabbed it, ate part of it, then apparently decided that wasn’t enough.

“He came right up beside me and just stared at me, so I gave him another little piece,” she said.

That’s when she took this photo.

She swears the squirrel looked directly at her phone and smiled.

Not opened his mouth. Not mid-chew.

Smiled.

She said he held the expression for several seconds, finished the walnut, and then ran back toward the trees like absolutely nothing unusual had happened.

Now her family is divided between “that’s adorable” and “that squirrel knows exactly what he’s doing.”

And once you see the face, it’s kind of hard to argue with the second group.

MULTIPLE HORSES spotted hanging out at a Tulsa-area intersection tonight 🐴

Okay…somebody has to know the story behind this.

Drivers say they came up to a red light tonight and found several horses casually standing alongside traffic like they were waiting for the light to change with everyone else.

They appeared calm, and drivers were giving them plenty of room — but nobody we’ve heard from seems to know where they came from or where they were trying to go.

So now we’re curious: if you saw several horses wandering around Tulsa late at night, who are you calling first? And does anybody recognize these guys or know where they might belong?

Because we’re pretty sure they didn’t all just decide to go into town together. 😂

BROKEN ARROW — An HOA meeting reportedly came to an abrupt end after thousands of live crickets were released inside the neighborhood clubhouse.

Residents say the crickets appeared everywhere within minutes — across the carpet, underneath tables and into the hallway. Nobody has admitted responsibility.

But the timing has people talking.

Witnesses say it happened just as the HOA began discussing stricter rules involving unauthorized structures, signs, seating and other “improvements” around neighborhood retention ponds.

One attendee reportedly said the proposed rule seemed “oddly specific.”

Another simply said:

“At this point, nothing involving that pond would surprise me.”

The meeting never made it to a vote.

Random prank… or does somebody in Broken Arrow have a VERY specific reason for not wanting that pond rule passed? 👀

A Broken Arrow woman had been finding random objects beside her porch every morning: a glove, part of a hamburger bun, two plastic spoons and what appeared to be someone’s missing Roku remote.

She assumed neighborhood kids were responsible—until her doorbell camera captured a large raccoon arriving shortly after 2 a.m. with another “delivery” in its mouth.

Last night’s contribution was a single Croc.

She says she doesn’t own Crocs, and now the neighborhood is trying to determine whether the raccoon is stealing these items or simply relocating them.
