IMPORTANT MSG / NEED HELP: (Share as much as you can)
I tried to buy a PayPal service from a random person on Facebook and got scammed. While that wasn’t the biggest issue, the scammer is now using my CNIC and phone number to scam others. Today, I received a message from someone else who was also scammed, and I’ve discovered that he has scammed many people. How can I take legal action against the scammer? I have their address, but it’s not 100% verified.
