Sainthavi's Kitchen Sainthavi's Kitchen Cooking....I always loved to cook. I get so excited when the food tastes exactly I have to cook everyday, so might as well make use of it.

Cooking....I always loved to cook and make people happy by filling up their tummy. I get so excited when the food tastes exactly how it should taste. All this started as an experiment when I had to live away from my family for my education in England. Its was mere survival attempt that turned out to be a passion now. I always cook for the taste and not just cause I have the recipe. We should keep

in mind the ingredients are always different from where ever you are, so keep trying out the recipe and make adjustments if you need to. Its just like math and a little bit of science with a lot of love. I hail from a family who always have had extravagant family lunches over the weekends. So food was always a big deal and mostly I grew up eating chettinadu style of food. When I was in 10th grade, One day My dad had got some fresh crab and mom was away,So I had to clean and cook it. With a little help from my mom over the phone I aced the dish and that's when I realised the high we get when a dish turns out to be great tasting. We always had a cook at home so the variety and choice were endless. So when I had to live alone, I started cooking for myself and missed home food. The solution was to cook it so after a many meals [ Trial and Errors] I got it to a science and now I can cook any dish just buy tasting it. I must also add, I have traveled quiet a bit and have tasted the weirdest dishes possible. Thanks to my Husband who also is a foodie and he is the one who was behind me to make this site. He is also never tired of trying out my dishes and gives out honest opinion. I also want to Thank my mom for helping me with the recipes and she has been my cooking helpline. My theory is Any one can cook if you put your mind to it. Its not a physical chore, you must develop a pallet for the foods you like and try to play with the ingredients. I am a strong believer of "Any one can cook ", Please don't give up if the dish doesn't taste wonderful in your first attempt. Practice makes a dish perfect. All you need is one main entree to impress a guest. So lets start with just one recipe and go up the ladder. Get started today,

Yesterday, we had the chance to watch Lokha Chapter 1: Chandra at Cinemark tracy. The theater was packed to full capacity even for a weekday night show, which is a rare achievement these days. The way the audience celebrated the film created an electric atmosphere that very few movies manage to achieve.
This film truly represents a turning point for Mollywood’s new generation of cinema delivering a world-class theatrical experience while staying rooted in Indian culture and storytelling.
The story itself felt like a refreshing blend drawing shades of The Twilight Saga, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Kantara, yet packaged in a way that felt unique and innovative. From the technical finesse to the narrative ex*****on, everything was top notch.
Kalyani Priyadarshan, as the leading actress, absolutely owned her role. Her futuristic costumes gave her the presence of a modern-day superheroine, and she carried it with style and conviction. Sandy Master’s performance also deserves a special mention it stood out and left an impression.
What struck me most was how this film managed to open new doors for filmmakers. It proved that young audiences crave bold, experimental storytelling when coupled with strong ex*****on and technical brilliance.
Credit goes to writer and director Dominic Arun for envisioning such a project, and producer Dulquar Salman for backing it with confidence. The film is a delightful cocktail of thrill, comedy, romance, action, superhero elements, and even cameos, which together make it a sure-shot super hit.
In short: A groundbreaking theatrical experience that raises the bar for Indian cinema.
