I am tired of going above and beyond for a job that doesn't appreciate me. I found it nearly impossible to get promoted. The ageism I faced was disheartening. It seemed everyone was looking for younger candidates, dismissing my years of experience.
Of course, I am feeling lost and frustrated. I turned to online courses and tutorials. I started learning about digital marketing, which seemed both exciting and accessible. Despite my initial skepticism, I was drawn to the idea of building a career from the comfort of my own home. After many days and weeks of researching digital marketing, I finally purchased a master resell course. I wasn't surprised at all. What I learned from my research was similar to the digital course. The only difference is that they have everything you need laid out for you, and you don't have to do all the hard work of researching anything. They said to trust the process; the process works. They also said you must put a lot of effort into it.
I started this digital marketing back in March of 2024. I had some views, and multiple scammers contacted me to hire them for marketing. Still, I got discouraged because I wasn't a social media person. I restarted again in August through September, but my algorithm changed due to inactivity. No matter what I did, I couldn't get any views, likes, or comments.
And here I am, giving it a try again for the third time this year. Hopefully, this time is different.
