Fingerprint Sensor ပျောက်နေသူများအတွက်
(1)setting > app > manage apps > other setting > reset app preferences > reset app

(2)setting > my device > details info and specs > kernel version 3 or 4 ကြိမ် နှိပ်ပါ။ CIT ပွင့်လာတဲ့အထိ ပြီးရင် screen scroll down ဆွဲပြီး fingerprint Sensor check and fingerprint input test စမ်းလုပ်ကြည့်ပါခမျာ။ပြီးရင် phone ကို reboot ချပြီး setting ထဲဝင်ကြည့်ပါ။အဆင်ပြေကြပါစေခမျာ။
